Experience our newly constructed studio, thoughtfully designed to optimize its compact 27 sqm space. Designed to be easily accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities (PWD). Nestled in the vibrant heart of Kathu, A short 15-minute drive from the renowned Patong Beach, and a mere 5 minutes away from Central Festival, the preeminent shopping haven housing the most elite global brands. Ideal for couples and friends who want to enjoy the perfect mix of shopping, relaxation, and adventure. Inside, you'll find a cozy seating area with a comfortable sofa and a TV. Rest peacefully on the queen-size bed, placed beside a large window that fills the space with natural light. You'll also have a dining area and a small kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, and all the essential utensils you need. Features a private bathroom with a shower. Outside, our residence boasts a sparkling crystal swimming pool and plenty of parking space. Please take note of the following details: - Upon check-in, we provide two coffee machine capsules, one bed set, two (red) bath towels, two (blue) pool towels, and one set of shower gel per room. - Room cleaning is available for an additional fee of 200 THB. Bed linen and towels can be changed for 300 THB. - One key card per room is provided. A lost key card will result in a 500 THB fine. - Children aged 0-12 can share the existing bed with an adult for free. No extra bed is available. - Our studios are located on different floors, offering varying views from the windows. The room provided may differ from the location shown in the photo, and the residence reserves the right to choose the room at its own discretion. - Please note that we do not have private pools. - Studio don't have a balcony.
