Being a diver since my most tender age (!), I organise snorkelling and diving trips to the local islands every day, on our own private boats. Our crew are very attentive and friendly. This 90sqm brand new condo is part of Viva Patong, a small scale project nestled on Patong's headland and surrounded by 3 beaches. Set on the corner of the 3rd floor of building C, the apartment has unobstructed views of the surrounding tropical forest and over the Patong Bay & Tritrang Beach. These 3 secluded beaches are within walking distance while the busier Patong Beach and its wide array of restaurants, shops and night spots is a mere 5 min drive away. This unit is in perfect shape. This large 2-bedroom apartment occupies the whole 3rd floor. You will not be disturbed by neighbours. The living room is complemented by a large balcony facing south with sea views towards Tri Trang Beach. The kitchen is beautifully equipped. The bedrooms, facing west, have full height windows to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature and the glorious views of sunset over the Patong Bay. One bedroom has an attached bathroom while the other has a large walk-in dressing with a desk, ideal for remote working. It also has its private bathroom with a bath tub for relaxation after a day out, and a washing machine. You have access to the common pool, where you will be yourself most of the time and to the gym. Please note: - Electricity is charged separately at 250 THB/day. - We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per room upon check-in. - Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. - No private pool.
