Very Impressed. This was my second stay the first was before covid lockdowns. Really clean and so close to the beach. Make sure you get the best bungalow possible as you are right on the beach and you can hear the sea when you wake up. "Mama" is so friendly she sells fresh fruit and coconut every day and is there to help. Her daughter speaks perfect English. The beach is quiet and spacious. There are great food bar places near buy. This was my second stay and definitely not my last. It's worth paying the extra for a beach front bungalow trust me.

Honestly the longer we stayed at Mama O Chai the more we liked it, and we liked it a lot. It has an amazing location, its quiet and its close to everything. It is 10-50 meters walk to the beach, which is probably most quiet part of Sairee beach. Staff at Mamas was always helpful and super kind. They lend scooters at very good price.

The location is peecet a few steps away from the beach. It is a basic bungalow so no luxuries but it includes all that you need. It is clean and the fan or air conditioning is available depending which bungalow you choose. We love this place as it is at the end of the busy beach where it is nice and quiet. People are friendly and helpful. You can ask to have your laundry done or order meals. This is my 2nd stay there but I will definitely stay again in this place if ever coming back to the island.

Good value for money. Generally a great location right on a beautiful beach. Short walk to the walking street and close to a snorkelling area. Room had a kettle and you can rent a fridge. We did not know that until later so need to ask. Staff were attentive. Replaced our very noisy fan after the first night. If you are staying long term (a week or more) the water shop will deliver a large water jug for 25 baht. Much cheaper and way less plastic.

I liked how close my bungalow was to the beach. The staff there were very helpful although they struggled with english but i am in their country so that is to be expected.. Would highly recommend

Good location. Budget accommodation. Private room. Private bathroom. Helpful hosts. 150 baht to hire a scooter from property. Good if you just want somewhere to sleep to explore Koh Tao.
