Welcome to our 3BR villa in modern style! This spacious 2-story house has a well-thought-out layout and is equipped with rooftop terrace offering tropical views. Everything has been carefully designed to ensure your maximum comfort. Located in Thalang area, it is part of an exclusive residence with 5 villas and shared tropical pool. Plus, it's conveniently situated next to renowned Mission Hills Golf Course and just 15 min drive from stunning beaches of Naiyang and Nai Thon, as well as Airport. On the first floor, there is an inviting living room with a large sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for spending quality time with your family or friends. This space seamlessly flows into a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area, where you can enjoy delicious meals together. On the second level, there are three stylish bedrooms. The master bedroom, with its tropical pool view, features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, creating a tranquil and private atmosphere. The remaining two bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom with a shower and are equipped with a comfortable king-size bed and two single beds, ensuring that everyone has a restful night's sleep. At the top of the villa, there is a terrace with stunning views of the tropics and the sea, making it the ideal spot for a morning yoga session. The residence consists of 5 villas and has entrance with a gate. The villa is 100% yours. You have access to the residence's shared pool and parking space. Please note: - Electricity is not included and is charged separately at 7 THB/unit (kWh). - We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per bathroom upon check-in - Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis.

Thalang, a lovely neighborhood in northern Phuket, Thailand, offers a mix of natural beauty and fun activities. It is easy and quick to reach the beaches on the west coast, such as Nai Thon, Layan, Nai Yang, and Mai Khao. On the eastern side, Cape Yamu and Ao Po serve as the gateway to Phang Nga Bay and are excellent choices for boat excursions. Some of the best golf courses in Phuket, like Mission Hills and Blue Canyon, are also nearby. For everyday grocery shopping, there are nearby supermarkets like Lotus or Makro.
