Welcome to the Unique Condo Nimman, Fully furnished with modern design. We are located right in the heart of Chiang Mai downtown. We will try our best to serve our guests and make you feel welcome at our condo. - The apartment is 1 bed room, 1 living room, 1 Kitchen, 1 Bathroom and all room is decorated for the guests convenient. - Bedroom : The bedroom will be prepared and ready before the guest arrive, we will make sure the room are clean, new bedding sheet, new pillow cover, inside the bedroom has a Flash screen TV , electronic fans, Air con, Ironing. - Living Room : Big & comfortable space at the living room with air con and choices of magazine and movie DVD - Kitchen : build in with a modern design included the cub boards, electronics equipments ; stove, microwave, extractor fan large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, And also glasses, spoons, forks, knifes, chopsticks. - Bathroom : there are a shower with hot and cold water system, clean towels, Liquid soaps & shampoos with electric hair dryer. - The apartment facilities : Gym, lockers , Steam & shower room , Swimming Pool.

Guess Access : The Guests could access to our apartment. Facilities : Gym Room, Steam Room, Swimming Pool. We will give the key card once checking in, the apartment has a very safe and good security systems. Moreover we also provide Internet Wifi Access which will be useful for our guests. Guest interaction: The Guests could make a contact at any convenient time, However we have the reception desk on site available 9 am-6 pm or guests can contact us anytime and Incase of emergency. House Manual : There are some details that we would like to request from the guests. - please inform us the arrival time so we could prepare to welcome too accordingly And the check in time is 2 p.m., check out time is 11 a.m. ( However the late check out will be charged upon request. - Please keep the room clean and don't make any loud noise to disturb the neighbors. - Food and drinks are not allowed at the swimming pool areas. - Please avoid cooking the meal with lots of smoke. - Please don't throw the glasses in the rubbish hall, kindly collect them in the rubbish bags and put in front of the rubbish hall. - Please try to remove the wet rubbish to avoid the insects flies.

We are just a minutes walks to get the taxi & Tuktuk stop on Nimmanhaemin Rd. - 5-10 mins walks to rent the motorbike & bike. - 5 mins walks to Maya Shopping mall & Cinema, very cool place to hang out to eat and relax. - 10 to 15 mins taxi to The airport - 15 mins walk to to the Old town. - 10 mins taxi to the Zoo. - 10 mins taxi to Chiangmai University - just a walking a distance to many cool bar and great Restaurants. There are many tourist attractions and it's easy to get a taxi or go around our area and downtown. please note that we are near by a Restaurants and bars so at night time there will be a little traffics on the main road.
