My husband and I recently stayed at Atelya Art Hotel in Antalya for 4 nights. Situated in the Old Town of Antalya, Atelya Art Hotel was a gem of a find. The property is an old mansion originally owned by a Greek family with a lovely inner courtyard and swimming pool. We had a big room with high ceilings in the original building. The highpoint of the day was the breakfast. The variety was plenty with new items everyday. I particularly liked the way the breakfast was arranged - organized in a way that cutlery, tableware, coffee, tea, juice etc were easy to get to! Mr. Derin whose family owns the property, was extremely helpful with good tips of what to see in Antalya as was Mr. Onur. Although in our walks around the Old Town, we noticed many hotels similar to Atelya, I would highly recommend Atelya Art Hotel for its historical significance, the breakfast and friendly management.

It was home away from home. Our host, Cava, clearly has a passion for what she does. From the decor to the amenities, the food and cheerful staff, it was excellent. Compliments to the chef at the Cava Restaurant. We'll done to Cava and her staff. Beautiful boutique hotel. Highly recommend. In the heart of the old city.

If you've never been to Turkey, rest assured an open mind will almost guarantee you will have a good time and experience many great things, including kind people. This was my second time here and I always felt safe and intrigued...the similarities to any other Europe city yet start differences. Local families stroll and intermingle with the tourists, very laid back atmosphere. Unobtrusive police presence. Old Town is not big but it's fun to "get lost" in the winding streets. The restaurants along the coast in Ataturk Park offer great food and vistas, prices OK. Cats galore, pet at your own risk. Dogs too, tagged and generally docile. Grand Bazaar can offer deals, take your time and enjoy the experience. The beach Antalya Konyaaltı Plaj is smooth-stoned and fantastic, nice little restaurant, smelly WC but beach booths to change. And the Antalya Archaeology Museum is certainly world class. A great destination.

The organisation on public transport is to complicated for tourist and information is very poor on spot. You must have internet connection and tracking your current location an progress.
The drivers didn't stop on every bus-stop. No useful information during your travel.
The trams lines are very well organized.
Antalya is good place for shopping, also have many opportunities for different activities and visiting tourist atractions - diving, shnorckeling, rafting; visiting many historical monuments.
Must to try local desserts and ice cream.

There is everything in this diverse and bustling city.
There is everything in this diverse and bustling city. The charming old town of Kaleica, vast beach areas to the east and west side of town. Parks, stadiums, sports facilities, and an amazing transport system. Every type of bar, restaurant and shopping experience you could think of. A very cosmopolitan vibe, some areas quite upmarket, some more a cultural experience. The volume of ancient sites, areas of beauty is endless, loads of tours to take, hotels from small converted Ottoman type houses to 5* complexes. The people were so kind, genuinely friendly and keen to help. Nothing not to like as something for everyone.

My 5 star review is based on the Old Town only.
My 5 star review is based on the Old Town only. This place is fabulous for relaxing, eating, and just wondering around. We did venture out the old town walls but we found the city of Antalya a little dirty and not really somewhere we would visit.
We will return to the Old Town as it was wonderful.

Great historic site in reach with day tours.
Great historic site in reach with day tours. Antalya has sandy beaches, which is not my favourite. If you are staying in old city, there is only one beach in walking distance. Great local food selection. When you move from old town, food prices are very affordable in local restaurants. People are very frindly.
The hotel is very good for its price. High value for money. Maximum 4.5 minutes walking to the beach.
Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. Room cleaning service is quite good.
We stayed for 5 nights at the hotel where we came for 2 nights. We liked everything.
Food and drinks are quite tasty and varied. It has 2 large pools and is quite clean.
A good all inclusive hotel.
I would definitely recommend
The hotel staff were very welcoming and the overall hotel was nice and clean. We had all Inclusive and the food was different every day which was nice. Our room overlooked the sea and the cleaning staff would clean the rooms daily which was great. Bar staff gave us free drinks throughout the stay and the overall hotel staff was very accommodating. Beach was only a small walk away too!
The staff are very nice, the rooms and all facilities are clean, the view and the terrace are beautiful.
The "all inclusive" meals option was a good choice, especially when you have kids with you.
The food is very good and there is a huge variety on breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also loved the snack bar's burger and pizza.
The coffee was good, and again, the hotel is very clean.
Very good breakfast served at restaurant "red and white" which is a beach club. This is also the location were quests of the raw beach hotel can use chairs/sunbeds on the beach. Nice parking area around the hotel/beachclub.
Still peacefull area not full of all inclusive tourist hotels. Nice room. Very good coffee in the room also, real filter kahve.
Location is rhe best, beach acros the road.
Hotel Staf is very nice and helphfull.
No drunk tourist like in all inclusive hotels no noisy kids , to the old town or bazara with taxi 5-7 eur.
