Orka Royal Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi in Old Istanbul, a short walk from Sirkeci Railway and Tram Station. The hotel has a rooftop terrace offering spectacular panoramic views of the Bosphorus. You can enjoy the hotel's spa facilities free of charge.
