I am always impressed by how great this hotel is: location, comfort, restaurant, staff, price. However, this time was exceptional in the support they provided in helping me get an essential item I had forgotten at home, when I would be arriving after all stores were closed. They went above and beyond what it expected of a hotel, and they certainly saved my trip from disaster. I will remain a loyal guest of this hotel, including when I return next month.

This is the best hotel in Sumy, and I have stayed here over a dozen times. The staff is professional, efficient, and very friendly; the location is conveniently in the city center and close to all interesting cafes and shops and sights; the rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable and quiet; all amenities are available, including tea and a refrigerator in the room and a great restaurant in the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I return later this month and every time I visit Sumy.

This was my 12th time staying at this hotel, and it was perfect as usual. A large and comfortable room, nice view, friendly staff, perfect location at the top of the pedestrian streets, great price. And now, after a long quarantine and the ongoing war, the hotel's restaurant has reopened and offers breakfast; the oatmeal and sirniki were perfect for me in the morning before participating in a running race. My next two stays in Sumy are already planned, and I of course made my reservations at this hotel again.

This was my 10th stay at this hotel, and it is the only one I will use when I stay in Sumy. The location is perfect, right next to the downtown without actually being right on a noisy pedestrian street. This was my first time with a balcony room, and it was great with a long view of the city, market, bridge, etc. It was a spacious room and huge bathroom, and I frequently made tea and kept my food in the refrigerator. The staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. Overall, it was an ideal and affordable hotel, which is why I keep returning.

Comfortable bed and pillows, nice big window with dark curtains (helpful with the sunrise ~5am). Location pretty close to the center (short cab ride from train or bus station). Staff was friendly and helped carry my bags up the stairs. Also in the room they have Sumy tourism maps to all the must-see places (of which there are many).

Really a good experience at this structure in central Sumy city. Room I booked was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony and good windows that kept the noise out. Bed comfortable with high quality bedsheets. Also good towels in the big bathroom. Toiletries are provided. Have not tried the breakfast but I hear it is of good quality. Coffee served at the reception was more than adequate. Would certainly book again.

The rooms are large and comfortable with every amenity, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in close walking distance of anywhere you would need to go in Sumy. The hotel restaurant is tasty and convenient, but there are all the best restaurants and cafes in Sumy also within a few minutes' walk if you wish.
