Чудова локація, поруч нема сусідів тільки ви і природа. Все відносно близько, якщо взяти з собою велосипед то дорога до водоспаду буде займати 10 хв, але і без водоспаду біля будиночку (метрів 500) досить багато чудових місць щоб скупнутись в річці. Так як поруч нема нічого що світилось б вночі, то і зоряне небо тут просто проглядається чудово. Власник це окремі 10 балів, таке враження що знаєш людину ціле життя і просто приїхав в гості до друга.
