We are retiring from the Military and choosing to try our hand at Real Estate. We personally manage our property so we are always available. We aren’t out to nickel and dime our guests or charge a ridiculous amount for cleaning. In fact, the space is equipped with all of the amenities that we as a family have come to find useful when we rent vacation homes ourselves. So we've included cold filtered and bottled water in the fridge upon your arrival, a charcoal BBQ pit, a Kuerig coffee, creamer, Kuerig pods, spices, all the cook ware you may need, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom, dog bowls, additional linens for extra guests, portable fans, laundry detergent and much more! If you're planning to float the river, we can have tubes waiting for you at the house for an additional cost so you can get right on the river and won't have to go through a company to rent.
