This cottage will bring back memories of staying at Grandma and Grandpa's beach getaway! Good for family vacations and one of the best values on Balboa Island. As with all older homes, it is not perfect and we are making upgrades from time to time. 2022 Summer Rentals are 7 night minimum and arrivals and departures are on SATURDAY.
