Property info

We are cleaning and sanitizing after every guest. We are also paying close attention to recommendations put forth by the CDC and implementing additional precautions as they are recommended.  This gem of of a home boasts 700 square feet of open living space.  Enjoy the oversized 1 bedroom with En-Suite bathroom and a Queen Bed, sitting area and there is also a desk if you need to work from home!  No worries, need extra sleeping space there is a  sofa sleeper in the living room.  Relax after a long day outside on the patio by the new fire pit or hang in the house and watch some Netflix on the new smart TV.  Plenty of fun activities in this neighborhood!   You can't beat this location!  Just minutes to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, The Broadmoor, Ivywild, hiking and much more!  The Ivywild neighborhood offers some great dining and Ivywild School boasts some excellent dining and Bristol Brewery!  Come enjoy this unique neighborhood hot spot! Just FYI, the neighbor does have a rooster and chickens. Permit# STR 0179
