We’re native Oregonians in a family of 7 with 16 grandchildren and counting! Coming from a large family, hosting is native to us and we love it! Lonny and I first built our home, 20 years ago, and his love for building and interior design of homes has taken us to where we are now. With a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk from OSU campus this is the perfect spot for visiting the university or taking a trip to see the charming town of Corvallis. With 5 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a wonderful living space for everyone, this home is a beautiful sanctuary for large families or groups of friends. Located on two floors with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, the general living area with an additional bathroom, 2 bedrooms, gourmet chef's kitchen, and laundry room are on the main floor. With a private fully fenced-in backyard and deck, you can be in the middle of the action while keeping your complete privacy. ***Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count.*** - Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. - NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. - Do not use any kind of dye in the showers, sinks, or baths. Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too. There is a pet fee for dogs. Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. We ask for compliance in a few house rules: * Do NOT invite them onto the furniture so we can keep it in great condition for all who are to come! * Do NOT Leave them alone unkenneled. We do offer a Rover Service if you need to be gone and need care for your pet. Ask us about it. * DO NOT allow them onto the bedroom carpets. Keeping the doors closed will make this easy. We just replaced the carpets and want to keep them fresh and pet smell free. When the carpet was pulled up, there were MANY pet stains. All owners say the same thing about their pets. “They are well house trained”. * If you are staying in the properties with floor rugs, please roll them up and put to the side. This is in your best interest. Pets DO pee on the rugs when you not looking. Trust us on this! * Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided to ensure compliance. *Violations of house rules may result in deposit forfeiture.
