Welcome to our modern and charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home nestled on a serene one-acre plot. Ideal for small families, couples, business travelers or digital nomads seeking comfort and convenience, our newly constructed abode offers a blend of contemporary design and tranquil surroundings. For those balancing work and leisure, our dedicated home office space in the living room provides a quiet retreat to focus and stay productive. This versatile area caters to the needs to remote workers.
We love making guests have a great local experience here on the Treasure Coast. You can view more information about our company by doing a search for EPG Corporate Housing in Fort Pierce. Guests can message via AirBnb or contact us via phone and we will respond usually within an hour. Home maintenance technicians will access the home once per month for pest control, exterior garden maintenance, lawn maintenance.
This property is located on a total of 2 acres. One acre is assigned to this house on the property, another acre is assigned to anther house on the property. Both houses are independent from each other and only share a driveway to access separate parking areas. Please see photo provided in listing for visual. This property is located on the Indian River Lagoon, providing easy access to Fort Pierce and Stuart. The house is located approximately 900 ft from the railroad tracks and there is some road noise from the scenic highway. There are no train horns as we are not near an intersection or interchange. The concrete block exterior, impact windows and ample insulation makes the home extremely quiet on the inside as well as one of the best places to be during a storm.
