Hi there! We're native Oregonians in a family of 7 with 14 grandchildren and counting. Coming from a large family hosting is native to us and we love it! We hope you feel cozy and welcomed in our home as we invite you to be our guest. Lonny and I first built our home 20 years ago and his love for building and mine for interior design of homes has taken us to where we are now. Pet policy: Please note, pets and animals (including service animals) are ONLY allowed in the 2 bedroom apartment and in the Deluxe Junior Suite. We are glad to host your pets too. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: •Do NOT invite them onto the furniture so we can keep it in great condition for all who are to come! •DO NOT allow them into the bedrooms. Keeping the doors closed will make this easy. We just replaced the carpets in many locations and want to keep them fresh and pet smell free. •We encourage you to bring your pets favorite bedding and blankets to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! •Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. •Let me know if you do not have extra bedding for them, I will provide it to you. •The bathroom tub or showers are for humans only. •When taking your pet out to the bathroom, please pick up after them. Other guests will greatly appreciate your taking responsibility for this. •Lastly, please do NOT Leave them alone unkenneled. We offer Rover service , if you are going to be gone and cannot take your animal or kennel them. Let us know and we can arrange it. There is a pet fee per dog, inquire for more details.

Please read carefully to understand the layout: these are two separate units offered together, providing more rooms and bathrooms for your convenience. Reserve today to enjoy both units with ample space and privacy for everyone. The first unit on site, can host 7. It is a light & spacious walk-out basement apartment, tucked into the countryside, just 10 minutes from Oregon State University & Corvallis, 50 minutes from historic Newport coastal town, and near many local wineries. The zero step apartment offers 2 Kings beds, 2 couches, a roll in shower, and a pullout Ottoman that sleeps a single. Beautiful, peaceful grounds, Trampoline, PICKLE BALL COURT, POOL TABLE and SHUFFLEBOARD. Washer/dryer & **Please note there is another rental unit above this one which may be rented out during large holidays/events. In that case, we've tried to provide as much soundproofing as possible but please be aware you may hear still hear some noise. The 2nd unit on site is a Loft ~ Can host 4, The Loft has an open floor plan, walk-in shower, and window sitting area! King size luxury bed and plush sleeper sofa. Cook up a romantic dinner or watch the game. Custom cabinets, handcrafted handrails & Oregon Maple slab designer table make The Loft as interesting to stay in as is the location. These are separate units, but only 100 ft away from each other, and easy to entertain all together in the larger unit, the apartment. Please call, or message for more info.
