The RanchHouse has 8 bedrooms, 5.5 Baths, Open Kitchen/Dining/Living room. Covered Patio with grill, griddle & dining & seating. Included with Ea RSVP: 2 swimming pools & hot tub, fishing (Bring a pole), full basketball/tennis/sand-volleyball courts (we provide rackets and balls), kayaks (w/oars), campfire (w/wood), cornhole, Free-Range Petting Zoo w/ cows, ponies, donkeys, goats, pigs, ducks & chickens.

I have a passion for “renewing old things” in both my personal and business life. I walk by faith & have an unwavering belief that Gods got everything under control. I am Blessed beyond measure & proud of the journey that got me here & where I continue being led. The private 200 acre fenced ranch will be available only to our guests. Owners live in a separate home on the property so available if necessary. Guest interaction can be virtual or in person, whichever is prefered. The home has a private gated entrance with its own gate code. All entry and exit shall be done from the home’s designated entryway during the stay.

The ranch is a private oasis with historical roots dating into the early 1800's. It was the homestead of the Patton family who used its abundant waters to power a lumber mill and gristmill. The family log cabin, mill stones and chimney from the mercantile store still exist, giving this place such a rich history. Also this property and its settlers were fundamental in the foundation of the Republic of Texas, for which we are very proud! There are also 3 natural springs that originate from our land and which produce a natural and constant flow of water ( approx 750,000 gallons per day, every day!) into our creeks and lakes. This makes fishing, bird watching and nature truly come to life here at the ranch. There are plenty of parking areas onsite ( we also have paved driveways connecting all areas and amenities at the ranch). We have a wide variety of land for walking/hiking and meandering around the ranch. All of these areas are accessible by foot or guests may drive their vehicles. ATV/UTVs/ may not be brought onto the property. If Transportation to and from town is important, we suggest you have a vehicle for use. Uber/Lift is not easily available.
