When you enter the condo you will take the stairwell where you will reach the living room and patio.  From the patio, you can enjoy the amazing sunrises and sunsets Amelia has to offer.  The perfect condo where you have ocean views from the living room, dining room, Kitchen, Master bedroom, and 3rd level bedroom. Venture up to the second level, where you will find the Ocean Front Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Private Balcony, and ensuite Bath.  Also located on the 2nd floor is the guest bedroom that features a Queen Bed with a Hall bath. As you enter the 3rd stairwell this takes you to the 3rd bedroom which is an extra large oceanfront bedroom featuring 4 twins.   Note: No Bathroom is available on the main level There is a small swimming pool on the non-oceanside of the complex Charcoal/Gas Grilling is Prohibited on the property! No Pets, Guests, or Visitors Allowed! No Parties! Parking is available for 3 small or 2 large automobiles in the Driveway Only! No Parking is allowed on the Grass!!
