Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish and modern 1 bedroom suite located in a quiet and safe neighborhood w/ private parking under the property patio. As you enter the property you will notice automatic motion dimmer lights that will illuminate the walkway space as you navigate to your suite. The suite is equipped with a hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, washer, dryer, and many more necessities to make for an enjoyable stay.
I have spent over 10 years in the hospatality and real estate industry. My goal is to make your stay at my airbnb a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The property is settled in a quiet and safe neighborhood within walking distance of the renovated world-class Cobbs Creek Golf Course (2024) and a 2-minute drive to the City Avenue shopping center. Not to mention an 8-minute drive to St. Joes University. If you are looking for a convenient space close to downtown Philadelphia and minutes away from the suburbs, look no further.
