Each room has queen size bed and work desk with shared access to 2 bathrooms and full kitchen in the house. We also accept Long Term bookings more than 28 days stay. We would just require a background check process through a secure website online with a small fee c/o by guest. We would also require employment letters or internship letters or recent payslip as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests. Also, there will be an additional small utility fee of 50 per month for long term stays. Pet is welcome for approval with a charge of 15O per month maximum one pet only. Thank you!
