Live the Florida lifestyle in this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo. You will feel right at home in the comfy décor and can relax and enjoy the views of the Boca Ciega Bay from your private balcony, the living room, kitchen and dining area; it's great! This is a comfortable condo that is on the lower level and has tile flooring through the living area and carpets in the bedrooms. You are likely to see dolphins swimming through, boaters passing by and some even are lucky enough to see a manatee or 2! The Amadeus property is a great value with a perfect central location that keeps you walking distance to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, shops and many other activities. PLEASE NOTE: There is no elevator at this property, only stairs for access. 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathroom Bedroom 1 – King Sized Bed Bedroom 2 – 2 Twin Sized Beds This condo also provides a sofa sleeper

Treasure Island is approximately 2 miles South of John’s Pass Boardwalk on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is approximately an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit Pinellas County beaches!!! Ideally located in the heart of Treasure Island, the Amadeus property is within walking distance to a Publix grocery store, restaurants and bars, the Treasure Island public beach access and a community park that hosts a number of markets and events throughout the year.
