Spend your days playing in the pool and soaking up the sun at this coastal escape! The huge screened lanai includes a new saltwater pool with a spillover spa and sun ledge, outdoor living and dining space, pool toys and lawn games. The updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath interior is bright and spacious, with a lot of natural light and nearly every room flows out to the pool. Located in a great neighborhood with quick access to AMI beaches, IMG Academy, walking trails, parks, shopping & restaurants! The home features a split bedroom floor plan. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a Roku TV. The other bedrooms have a queen and two twin beds. There is a pull out couch in the living room. There is a dedicated workspace with computer desk, chair, and monitor within the primary suite. Guests also love our garage game room with foosball and ping pong! The kitchen is updated and fully equipped with everything you need to cook, bake, or grill, a drip and Keurig coffee maker, French press, kettle, microwave, toaster, and blender. A full-sized washer and dryer is located in the home. Amenities and Extras: Beach gear, gas grill, baby gear, toys, and games. Pool heat charge is listed as a "resort fee" and will be automatically charged. Policies and Fees: All guests will be emailed a rental agreement and will need to sign and provide a photo ID within 48 hours of receipt or reservation will be cancelled.
