This retreat was built in 1900 and renovated in 2018 with all new furniture (2019). The enclosed and private patio offers a large sectional for enjoying the garden patio and dining for six. A propane grill will be perfect for warm-weather barbecues! Inside, the living area features a modern sofa with three chairs to lounge and a large smart TV to stream your favorite series. Gather here to binge-watch movies or series or play games of cards. The adjoining dining table seats six people comfortably plus four extra stools at the kitchen island.
