Hello and thank you for vising my page. I have remodeled this home which has been in the family since 1970s. It used to belong to the Barkley family and the ranch caretaker lived in it until he passed away in the early 1970's. My father then purchased it and it sat vacant for many years. My dad passed away a few years ago and I ended up with it. We spent a lot of time clearing around the house and then refurbishing it. I enjoy hosting guests and have tried to set things up for my guests' enjoyment and convenience. (We also stay at the home periodically as our own "staycation" spot.) The home is located on a country road in the foothills of the Siera Nevada mountains. (3000 ft elevation) The home is adjacent to our 40-acre Christmas tree farm with hiking trails & picnic areas. There are other homes in the area and an apple farm is across the street. Several breweries & wineries are within 1 mile of his location as are a couple restaurants and small community stores.
