Please inquire before booking if a certain amenity is mandatory for your stay as this information is evolving.. ***Please note that this property has some after effects caused by Hurricane Ian/Nicole that are not shown in the photos and descriptions which were taken prior to the storm. The condo unit is currently available based on it being in a rentable condition. We are still more than happy to accept bookings if you'd like to stay in our condo!! There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if applicable.***
