Guests will receive an email from Kasa upon booking completion and are required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of your valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening. Guests will receive check-in instructions via email 24 hours prior to their arrival date.
