But they also remark on its quiet neighborhood and sweet amenities, including inviting, cheerful décor, a king master suite and a hot tub on the back deck. The quality construction includes a wide front porch with chairs and a porch swing for relaxing, spacious, fully equipped kitchen, skylights for added light, vaulted ceilings, gas heating and air conditioning, and a gorgeous three-sided gas fireplace to enjoy from three rooms. The backyard has a grassy lawn, an elevated dining deck and screens and fencing for added privacy, including beside the hot tub, and there’s a two-car garage for the car. You’ll enjoy plenty of seating and space for gathering with up to eight guests, plus private retreats in the three bedrooms and out on the deck.
