It's a prime location for watersports on the bay or easy day trips to the Gulf beaches of the Emerald Coast. You'll be close to a county park and boat launch (one and a half miles), Henderson Beach State Park (11 miles), Destin (14 miles), and Miramar Beach (14 miles), to name just a few of the nearby attractions. It's a pleasure spending afternoons outdoors here, whether you're playing with your kids in the backyard, barbecuing on the gas grill, or admiring the view from the sundeck or the shaded ground-floor patio. Inside, the main living area is an open and sunny space on the upper floor. It brings together a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and a living room with a soft sectional and one of the home's TVs.
