Welcome to Beaches n Fairways, a luxurious two-bedroom, two-bath golf course villa in the gated Sawgrass community in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Adding to its appeal, the villa is just a 15-min walk or short drive from the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. It has a golf view and is close to the Mayo Clinic. This location is just south of Jacksonville and just north of St. Augustine, with the St. Augustine Lighthouse and the historical Fountain of Youth. There's lots of fishing, golfing, dining, shopping and nightlife if you are interested in leaving your vacation home. Resort amenities include a community pool and lounging area. Villa amenities include central heat & air, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, a private washer and dryer, beach towels & chairs, and complimentary WiFi and cable TV. Ground level unit with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is tile and wood flooring throughout.
