I have to say this property is well equipped with what you need and more. It really was a comfy house and would recommend and stay there again when in the area. I have to also say the yard is very big, perfect for a family with kids .

This property is located on rolling hills, 5 acres, where you will see a variety of wildlife including deer, wild turkey, bunnies, groundhogs & more! It is decorated in a rustic farmhouse style and has all the amenities of home, including basic supplies in the pantry and basic cooking ingredients and cookware in the kitchen. It has been newly remodeled with new central heating and air conditioning, and we've just installed new floors and remodeled the bathroom, as well! We hope you'll enjoy your restful, rustic getaway!
Welcome to beautiful Martinsville, Virginia. My family has been in the area for generations. My Uncles helped build the old smokehouse/barn on the property. My family would play softball in the field across the street. My grandfather worked at the sawmill nearby and had a farm at the end of the road where he raised his 12 children (!), along with my grandmother. I love the hosting lifestyle and this is a major part of my job and career. In my spare time, I write books, travel, work on photography, and spending time with my kids and family.
Quiet, rural neighborhood. Nearby, you'll discover: Blue Ridge Mountains NASCAR; Martinsville Speedway Parks, sporting, kayaking, wineries, distilleries You’ll need a car for this stay, as the nearest town or city (Martinsville, Va.) is 15 mins. Away. The closest store is about a 5-minute drive.
