My 3-level home is on the 12th tee of Indian Peaks golf course, with a pond just beyond the backyard where fox & geese can sometimes be seen. The sun also rises over the pond, while it sets over the mountains to the west, which can be seen from deck. The lower level, with has its own entrance, kitchen, bath, bedroom, etc., will be kept private for my personal use, although I travel extensively and have another home in Florida. When I am here, I'm quiet and respectful of your privacy.
I have lived in Colorado since 1978, mostly in the Boulder area (with the exception of 4 years in Aspen), and received my M.B.A. from C.U., so am very familiar with all of the interesting and fun things to do here. The reason I am opening my home to short-term renters is because my husband and mother (who lived with us) both died within the past two years, and my daughter is away at college, plus it's not a good market in which to sell right now. I also really enjoy meeting all of you interesting travelers, since I do quite a bit myself (and usually stay in similar accommodations :)! I travel a lot but am almost always available via email and/or text and/or phone. When I'm staying in the lower level, I'll be available in person.
My home is on the 12th tee of Indian Peaks golf course, with beautiful views of the sunrise over a pond and sunsets over the mountains. There also are several walking and hiking trails nearby, as well as Louisville, rated the #1 place to raise a family by Money magazine. In addition, I'm about 10 minutes from Boulder. There's a bus stop within walking distance of my home that goes either directly to downtown Boulder, and another to Louisville, Lafayette or Denver. There's also SuperShuttle and RTD to get to/from the airport.
