Central location, lovely comfortable room. Staff were amazing, so friendly and genuinely interested in their guests. Excellent facilities- tea/ coffee making and fresh bakes always available. Happy hour 5-6pm added that extra touch! Communal lounge so well equipped with huge fireplace and numerous games. Most beautiful building. Home from home!

Wonderful hotel! Rooms are spacious and offer a comfortable space for two people to work at a desk. The breakfast is one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great. Overall I can highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Lovely little place, just outside Boulder which was perfect for us as we could get an Uber in for the bars and restaurants but then hop in the car and set off for our road trip. We didn’t really use any facilities but I saw there was a sauna and bbq set ups, lots of seating, overlooking a lovely little stream running through the place. The room was comfortable, it is basic in some areas but it was just what we needed. We had the jacuzzi room which was fun, and it had sky views!

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! The hotel is very conveniently located. It was only a 15 minute walk to CU Boulder, and a 7 minute walk to Pearl street. Everything is very close by.

Very nice location, easy parking, simple but nice designed rooms, luxurious jacuzzi and sauna and great athmosphere with fire and open bar, enjoyed my stay a lot. Lot of nice nature around, great basecamp location indeed.

The views were amazing from the kitchen. The place was colourful and beautiful The jacuzzi to chill out in the afternoons was a plus and the TV room in the basement was perfect for the movie nights. We were a family of four and the place was fantastic with enough space for everyone

I didn't know there was a free breakfast, happened to see it on my way out and grabbed a sandwich and cup of coffee for the road, it was good and I was happy to discover you had it. Would have been nice if I was aware of it before hand, I might have sat and had breakfast in my room or your cafeteria.

Cute little hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown Boulder. Huge room with two large beds, a couch and kitchen area. Had a washer and dryer for guest use. Very clean and comfortable. Had nice outside area with grill. Walking path right next to hotel.
