This property has two brand new units upstairs and the 1st floor was recently remodeled. All ceilings and walls are soundproof. They each have separate entrance as well as separate private yards/decks. There are flat screen TVs in every room, multiple fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs, wireless internet, satellite, HDTVs, wood floors, fireplaces, large roof decks /multiple patio decks, wireless internet, satellite TV and private outdoor entertaining areas with a barbecues. Combining modern and traditional elements, the 2nd story architectural masterpiece home sits 4 feet above 1st floor house hence creating a soundproof barrier. There are multiple windows, large sliding doors and skylights making for an incredibly airy feeling. The open space with a custom island/ dining table is great for entertaining, connecting you to multiple decks with stereo speakers, picnic bench and barbeque for your outdoor dining pleasure. There are extra-large roof top decks with endless views,outdoor furnishings as well as a fire pit and optional hot tubs. This home features high ceilings a gorgeous master suites that has a fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, private deck and 3 other bedrooms.
The Ground floor): 2 Bedroom w/ Optional living room 3rd Bedroom home. The Split level home has 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. There is no sharing of bathrooms, kitchens, etc. For large groups of 30 plus, these homes can be combined together like a hotel with an adjoining door making for a total of 7 bedroom/5 bathrooms.(Free with all reservations of 3 days or more) 6 Person Bubble Spa can be set up (excluding studios, special offers and based availability) or at at a rate of ? per day with a two day minimum and 48 hour notice is required. Parking: This home is located on a dead end street with of free street parking up and down the street however, in the event parking in a secure private parking space is important to you, a garaged parking space located on the premises could be provided based on availability and at a fee of ?? per day. Payment for reservations must be received with in (24) hours after the reservation is made.
