High-end 2-bedroom 2-bath 2-story contemporary townhouse with 2-car garage and a patio - off of Lower Greenville. Ideally located 2-blocks from Dallas's best restaurants and entertainment. The home is ideal for traveling couples or a family - guests with or without a vehicle can enjoy the amazing walkability. Everything a guest would need we supply with the intention to exceed their expectations. Please speak to host before booking for any events.

Beautiful neighborhood, full of highly acclaimed modern townhomes and Craftsman styles. No need for a vehicle. This neighborhood has everything you need, from the greatest restaurants and bakeries in Dallas to its best and widest selection of bars. The area is full of families and young professionals. It’s very safe and enjoyable for walking. You will not need a vehicle in this neighborhood :)
