This is a lovely timeshare condominium resort where I own several weeks. The unit is spacious and quaint with a kitchen and separate living/bedroom area. The unit is *oceanfront* with a terrace/balcony on Atlantic Avenue with chaise lounges. The beach is right across the street. The resort features two pools, a hot tub, picnic areas, putting green, shuffle board and tennis courts as well as a library with billiards and free on-site parking. Check out Berkshire by the Sea online for reviews. A true gem!

There are dozens of restaurants in shops within a few minute walk and the neighborhood behind the resort is stunning.
