That it was near to everything you could need, transportation,shops, etc

This was our second stay at the Ocean beach Palace. We stayed previously in the two bedroom, as we had our son, and this time we got a king room as it was just us. We stayed here as my partner was having surgery so we didn't need anything crazy, but if you are looking for a good cheap stay then this is it for you ! It's clean, has food near by, we ushered to shopping centres etc. Has a pool, which was heated last time, this time it was not and was freezing but we didn't use it this time either. Great location - 5 min walk to shops and eateries, including a huge supermarket with everything you could possibly need - including hot food service. Also close to a Trolley stop - the Trolley is a free bus that travels along the beach strip to a huge shopping mall and back again. If you like walking, 20 mins walking will get you into a river walk which is delightful - and includes a free water Trolley service. The pool was great, a nice bar and great options for breakfast. Staff were excellent and we were able to check in 3 hours early which was fantastic. We were able to walk from Cruise Terminal 2 to the hotel in 20 mins so very handy. Also just a short taxi ride to the airport.

Lyn at the front desk provided excellent Customer Service and was helpful throughtout our stay.

Facility was top notch! Location was great for accessibg cruises. Front desk staff and food services were grest.

I was under the assumption breakfast was included but it isnt. I chose place for breakfast and pool because my son was with me but didnt opt to pay the extra $20 per person each morning. Overall place was very comfortable, with lounge, gym, pool etc.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every staff member was warm and professional. Special thanks to Russell and Cesar for their outstanding hospitality — they truly went above and beyond. Excellent service, great atmosphere, and genuine care throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent location if you're going to watch Inter Miami, just a 5 minute walk. Rooms comfortable and have everything you need.

The staff were all very friendly, the manager, the maintenance guy, everyone. The rooms were very comfortable, everything was great.
