We loved the smell of the lobby, the ease of checking in and how the hotel was conveniently located so close to the Sawgrass Mills Mall.

Staff were so helpful and location was perfect

Great variety at breakfast. Nice place to eat. The room & bathroom were very spacious. The room had microwave and refrigerator. It was very comfortable and clean. Location is great to go shopping at Sawgrass. Parking was always available!

Jessica front desk employee took pictures of my daughter foodstamp card sold to someone in Chicago when in too our room with out permission when we first rented suite 118. Now we leave and came back rented suite 317 I was happy until she when in our room again took my black mild cijar from by the door ash in the room 317 and took pictures of ash and 3 small tiny crums Thc that my doctor prescribed on my kitchen table inside room at time and accuse me of smoke in the suite and I ask come with me so we can smell it together they say no and not return my deposit she was argumentative keep knock on my door 8 am in the morning she hate me for some reason and kick me out with my wife and daughter out at check out time she had a big metal. Sissiors in hand at the front desk like she wanna hit me with it plus she rent room for cash to alway no room but parking lot empty wired

The staff were all so lovely. Breakfast was nice. We were impressed with the room size. Would have loved to try out the pool if the weather was a bit warmer. Overall we were all very happy with our stay here and I would stay again.
