A flat-screen TV and high-speed internet ensure your entertainment and connectivity needs are met, while the kitchenet provides the simple essentials for your stay. The sleeping area features a comfortable queen-sized bed, draped in luxurious linens, promising a restful night's sleep. Just steps from the sandy shores of Surfside Beach, this apartment is an idyllic base for beach lovers, or anyone seeking a peaceful getaway. Local attractions, dining, and shopping are easily accessible, ensuring a stay that's as relaxing or adventurous as you desire. Note: - Outside Shower/Water Hose - There is an outdoor shower and accessible water hose. This is shared with the unit next door. - There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils. Please note: Charcoal is NOT provided -Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Please note - Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check out time will be charged the additional fee. We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional smell. The water quality is safe, but we recommend bringing drinking water. This unit feature a water softener system for all other needs.
