Delightful Diversion is your home away from home! This recently renovated oceanfront condo offers delightful ocean views from the third floor. Red oak hardwood flooring runs from the entry, down the hallway, and into the kitchen, living room and dining area. White kitchen cabinets, shiny granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a tile backsplash give the kitchen a polished look. The living area is fresh and beachy with cozy furniture, coastal decor and plenty of natural light. You'll rest easy in the Master Bedroom complete with comfortable King bed, flat-screen TV for entertainment, and access to an attached full bathroom. The jewel of this home is the covered deck off the main living area which gives guests a direct view of the community pool and the sparkling ocean. Every morning, you'll be greeted with this fantastic view along with all the gorgeous colors that fill the sky during an ocean sunrise. What better spot to sip your coffee!? The Colony By the Sea community offers great amenities including a community pool, onsite laundry facilities, tennis and basketball courts, and a BBQ area with picnic tables so you can cook out and enjoy your fresh catch of the day!
