Caddy Corner is a beautiful home that overlooks the 9th green of the Manzanita Links golf course. Glancing out any of the windows you can catch golfers starting their game. From any of the back windows, you can see the duck pond on the golf course or the distant view of the Pacific Ocean. Upon entering this home, you will find a living room with a river rock fireplace (presto logs only) that will be a great spot to curl up with a good book and feel the stress of day-to-day life melt away. A modern kitchen with granite counters lets the cook in your group have fun preparing the meals for the group. A trestle dining table will be able to accommodate the entire group. There is a den that leads you to the back deck and provides a place for someone to sleep with the hide-a-bed couch. You will also find the main bedroom with a sliding glass door to the back patio and the main bathroom with dual sinks and a Jacuzzi tub on the entry level. Walking up the stairs you will find a bedroom, a family room with a wet bar, a bunk room for four, and a full bathroom. Whichever room you are in you will have a view of the golf course.
