Carly Place is a single-story house and has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Two bedrooms at the front of the home are connected by a full bathroom, while the Private Suite is located on the back of the home for privacy, with beautiful views of the backyard. The fourth bedroom is next to the kitchen. The kitchen and baths have granite counters. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and a huge island overlooking the living room. A delight for those who love to cook and entertain. The living room has a 9 ft. ceiling height, with 10 ft. trey ceiling. A 3-car garage is available for your parking needs. The entire yard is fenced and sodded; therefore, please no ATV’s or trailers on or about this property. No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping on or about this property.
