The only part of the inside of the home inaccessible is the utility closet for the cleaning company to store their supplies. The large deck on the second level is all yours. On the lower level below the beach house is a beach bar that you are welcome to stop in if you would like during business hours.

The beach house is directly on the Chain O' Lakes. It is nested back in a residential neighborhood above our beach bar. We allow up to 4 vehicles in our parking lot, and trailer parking upon request is available. You can get to most of the popular Chain O' Lakes spots within 5-10 minutes in either direction. There are plenty of Uber or Lyfts in the area if you need to get around without a car. Want to go visit the city? The Metra train station is five minutes away by car.
