Choose from a variety of studio and one-bedroom layouts for ultimate value and flexibility. Whichever you choose, you can expect premium extras, like top-of-the-line Whirlpool appliances, designer finishes, and an in-home washer and dryer. The building offers complimentary WiFi, an inviting amenity deck on the 8th floor equipped with grills and fireplaces, a convenient on-site fitness center, and a rooftop pool with stunning Downtown Phoenix views where you can unwind and cool off. Once you arrive, the entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself comfortable. Although traditional cable TV is not provided, you'll have access to Smart TVs with popular streaming apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more. Feel free to use your own login and enjoy your favorite shows and movies. All images, floor plans and particulars included herein are for illustrative and indicative purposes only. The allocated units may differ slightly in detail according to their positioning in the building. Parking: Please note that parking is not included with your stay. If you're arriving by vehicle, you might want to explore the availability of parking in nearby paid garages and lots. The nearest parking garage is approximately two blocks away, and metered street parking is an option, although we cannot guarantee its availability. Property Amenities: The pool and gym are available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use them. Guest Access: You can enter your suite anytime after 4PM by checking in with the concierge. If your arrival is scheduled for after 11PM, please contact us in advance so we can arrange for security personnel to grant you entry. Once checked in, you'll receive a key fob that provides access to the entry doors.
