You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. The grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months. Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 6 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning that even an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in a guest fine up to 2,000 USD - in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the no-party policy may result in eviction. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited (gas grills are ok). VHR21-03,06.
