Coffee and Cocktails is a first floor luxury beachfront condo rental located in Santa Rosa Beach along 30A. The condo has 3 bedrooms to sleep 8, 3 bathrooms, a full stocked kitchen, dining area, living area and very large patio overlooking natural foliage. You’re steps to the heated beachfront pool/hot tub and beach. Parking for 2 vehicles on-site, free high speed internet and cable. All bed linens and bath towels are provided including 8 beach towels. We also provide 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs for your use. The condo features a washer and dryer in the unit, and you’ll be provided with two washer pods to get you started. We provide a starter set in each bathroom featuring a small shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, bath gel, small bar of soap and two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will be provided with 2 dishwasher tablets, a roll of paper towels, a small dish soap, two trash bags, and a dish sponge.
