It has 2 stories with a vaulted ceiling which flaunts a Hawaiian contemporary style. There are 2 bedrooms in this home. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king plus a queen-size sofa bed. The home can accommodate 6 people. This home comes with a well-equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with all the equipment needed on a vacation: a massive modern fridge, smooth top oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee machine, coffee grinder, blender, and kettle. The kitchen has granite countertops, a granite bar with stools, plus a dining table, and a full-size table out on the lanai where guests can watch the traffic on the 15th fairway go by. It also comes equipped with a 47" LED Stereo TV with a Wi-Fi capable Blue-Ray player along with broadband Wi-Fi internet, and phone calls are free anywhere in the USA or Canada. There is also a washer and dryer inside the unit. In the utility closet, guests will find beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and sand toys to make any day a fun day at the beach. Barbecues are provided poolside. Condo amenities include two pools, the closer one with a beautiful waterfall, a hot tub, fitness center, and tennis courts. Beautiful beaches are just minutes away.
