Welcome to our SU Cape Cod! A serene home nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Outer Comstock. Just .6 miles from SU Athletics Complex, 1.7 miles from JMA Wireless Dome, and 2.6 miles from major hospitals. Experience both comfort and convenience in this prime location. Also, enjoy many amenities from smart TVs to a ton of kitchen appliances, free off-street parking, air-purifying painted walls, and much much more! Perfect for anyone trying to visit our beautiful city!
I love providing great customer service and I strive for our guests to have the most comfortable stay possible with amenities like central air, bidets, charging stations next to each bed, and pedestal fans in each bedroom. I hate staying in a vacation home or hotel and they don't supply a fan! I hate sleeping without a fan! I will be available between 8 AM and 9 PM to help with any questions about our home or any recommendations needed for nearby restaurants or entertainment! If there is an emergency after 9 PM and a guest needs to get ahold of me via text message or phone call they will have to call three times in a row to bypass my "Do not disturb" setting on my phone. If there is any smoke all smoke/carbon monoxide detectors
Our neighborhood, Outer Comstock is very quiet as there is no through traffic and is butted up to woods that separate Syracuse University student housing. About a 5-minute drive to Syracuse University, Crouse Hospital, SUNY Upstate Medical University, Golisano's Children's Hospital, and Downtown Syracuse.
