These apartments will give you a feel for historic Coral Gables, Miami's fantastic 1920 upscale "Mediterranean village", nowadays its most upscale town, referred to as "The City Beautiful." The 2 apartments (classic and deluxe), together comprise the duplex (small apartment building), all surrounded by lush tropical plants, with a lush garden for you and your family and/or friends to enjoy. It is an amazing location and a charming apartment. It is an original Art Deco building from 1925, with hardwood floors. While historic, it is fully updated, with powerful arctic airconditioning and high speed wifi, and washer/dryer access. It is surrounded by palm trees and in the back is a magical garden with, among other things, papaya trees, banana trees, a huge collection of heliconia flowers. For the deluxe apartment, Gorgeous top to bottom renovation just completed March 2023. Brand new huge Italian kitchen. Brand new marble bathroom. Painstakingly refinished hardwood floors. Brand new arctic AC. With the historic 1920s Art Deco exterior (not to mention its huge tropical garden) it is a beautiful fusion of old and new. (Classic apartment renovated 2019) Each apartment sleeps 4 in regular beds, plus with larger parties I have very high quality premium airbeds on platforms that I can set up for your comfort, sleeping up to 8. (If you have an even larger party, of course renting both apartments can be a perfect solution which will give you contiguous location still with privacy, not to mention 2 kitchens, 2 baths etc.--sleeping up to 12!) Welcome to our tropical paradise!
My family and I love gardening and it shows! Many of the mature mahoganies and oaks that line our street were planted by my father over 50 years ago. We have properties on both sides of the street across from each other and rather than apartments with gardens, we prefer to think of our street as a garden with apartments! For our tenants and guests these gardens are a great way to relax, connect, have fun and enjoy the weather. Welcome to Coral Gables and Miami!
Coral Gables is the premiere pedestrian shopping, dinning, and business district in the Greater Miami area. This apartment is just 3 short blocks from the popular and more expensive Coral Gables Courtyard Marriott, so all of the location based amenities offered at that property are available to you. Coral Gables is Miami's 1920s "Mediterranean" Dream. Stroll to Coral Gables' downtown "Miracle Mile" or take the free trolley. The location is very central so you can travel to anywhere in South Florida. Airport 10 minutes, (direct bus #42 from Airport) Downtown/Brickell 10 minutes, Miami Beach 15 minutes. Or just stay local, see Coral Gables attractions, like Venetian Pool or the Biltmore.
