The covered Lanai offers outdoor dining and living with a Panoramic View overlooking the 17th hole of Kona Country club, Keauhou Bay, the Pacific Ocean and coastline. The amazing sunsets NEVER disappoint. This spacious 3rd floor unit has an open floor concept kitchen/dining/living area, the kitchen is updated with granite countertops, is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. You can enjoy a morning sunrise breakfast or a gourmet sunset meal. We have all the dishes and utensils for 8 people. Imagine entertaining on the Lanai with your own propane gas BBQ, with a show of whales spouting offshore during the winter months. This Unit sleeps 6 comfortably, the main suite is furnished with a King size bed and en-suite bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed and access to the second bathroom, there is a pocket door which can make this bed/bathroom even more private. The loft has 2 twin beds and a half bath, the loft has 2 chairs for a sitting/reading area, a table where you can work remotely, play games or do a puzzle. Both bedrooms have A/C window units and there are fans throughout the unit, even in the kitchen and bathroom to help keep it cool. Both the bathrooms are updated and have walk in showers and the Guest bathroom has a full-sized front loader washer and dryer. There are 2 TV’s, internet and WiFi and a telephone for local calls only. Country Club Villas is a very well-maintained property with beautiful grounds and tropical flowers. The complex offers 3 swimming pools, 2 Spa’s and a tennis/pickle ball court. This is a highly sought-after area in Keauhou, you are a very short drive to downtown. This is a non-smoking and no pets property. Minimum night varies seasonally, 7 -10 nights.
