Nestled in the Towamensing Trails community, The White Oak Chalet offers access to exclusive amenities including a private beach, swimming pool, and various sports facilities. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy a refreshing swim, play tennis, or have a game of volleyball at the community's courts. Please note that these community amenities are only open seasonally. House Policies: 1. We observe quiet hours starting at 10 pm. 2. PRE-REGISTRATION: In accordance with local ordinances, guests will be required to provide a list of names and vehicle license plate information at least 10 days prior to the start of each reservation 3. Guests must read, comprehend, and sign the Liability Waiver sent upon initial booking 4. This is a NON SMOKING home - absolutely no smoking on the property. (Additional cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected). 5. Local community regulations have imposed a firepit ban. The use of firepits or starting any open fires on the property is prohibited (violation of this policy would result in a fine). 6. We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with a vacation rental risk management and guest screening platform. Please note that before your reservation begins, you will sent a link to verify your details. You will also be given the choice between a paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. 7. This home is NOT to be used to host parties or bring other guests into. Guests should not leave the home in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. Excessive cleaning that is required will incur an additional fee.
