Located just steps from the Captain's Cove Marina, you can bring your boat and rent a slip or rent a vessel during your stay to enjoy easy access to the water. An on-site pool adds even more opportunity for relaxing outdoor leisure. The space comes well-appointed for family comfort. A plush sofa and smart TV set the stage for casual downtime in the living room. There's also a dedicated dry bar for mixing up happy hour libations. The full kitchen is more than equipped to handle all your home cooking needs. The upstairs balcony offers a breezy perch for morning coffee. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. You may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
